After 30 years in their previous home, Bonnie and Herb moved into a new home in Advance, NC to gain more security as they got closer to retirement. Bonnie and Herb prepared to purchase their home back in 2021, a time in which buyers were paying tens of thousands of dollars over list price and competing in biding wars. The couple says that Molly made the process as smooth as possible for them and, remarkably, they only paid $5,000 over list price AND recieved almost $1,500 in seller concessions! That's what we call a major WIN! The minute they walked into the kitchen, they knew this house would be their forever home. The pair felt as though the house fit them perfectly before they even moved in and it still feels perfect for them today. Bonnie and Herb wanted a house that they could settle into and enjoy together for the rest of their lives, and that's exactly what they found.

Stephanie & Dylan
In 2016, Dylan purchased his first home in Kernersville, NC. He knew that it wouldn't be his forever home, so he purchased the starter home as an investment to build equity. Stephanie and Dylan lived together in the home, doing minor renovations and getting a feel for what they would love to have in their future home. Stephanie and Dylan had been thinking about selling for about a year before they reached out to Molly. Motivated to be closer to family and friends, they decided to move where Dylan grew up; Concord, NC. During the heightened sellers market in the beginning of 2022, the couple put their house on the market. This house drew so much attention for the open house, Molly had to brush up on her bouncer skills as a line formed down the the street! With Molly's guidance, the house sold for $32,000 over list price in just four days! Their home had a beautiful and spacious covered deck, which Dylan says is what made him fall in love with the house. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, their house was a perfect stepping stone to their next chapter, and we are sure that it is a wonderful home for its new owners. Stephanie and Dylan are now living in an apartment in Concord, enjoying their town and all that the big city has to offer.
Gabrielle
Gabrielle and her two young children settled into their new home in the Spring of 2023. The market was still hot but cooling down. Gabrielle didn't feel as though she had to compete with others buyers & she got the first house she put an offer on. A beautifully updated 1940s build in a serene area of Reidsville would become her very first home. Gabrielle spent a year researching homes, paying off debt, and saving up cash for this moment. She was a well prepared buyer and she spent about two months looking for the perfect fit for her family. She found herself being a little more "picky" than she expected, but, rightfully so! Location is so important to Gabrielle, and she knew she wanted her family to plant their roots in a quiet and safe area. A bit hesistant about Riedsville at first, Gabrielle noticed the amount of new development and the surge of modern businesses coming to the rural town, like Lucky City Brewing - A craft beer brewery and pub. This made her choice to move further from work more worthwhile as she anticipates seeing the city grow and develop around her in the years to come. She has also considered adding on to her house and purchasing the land beside her property in the future. In the meantime, she has fully furnished her home, has added new blinds, and plans to build a fence soon. She couldn't be happier with her transaction with Molly as she felt Molly was always honest and straightforward with her. Gabrielle was an absolute pleasure to work with and we are excited for what this house will mean for her future.
